Their properties are not from rent. They make a living off scamming people for the application fees. They will approve you then deny you the day before move in saying not most qualified applicant. They took the security deposit and still refused to take the property off the market. Wouldnt answer the phone or text messages to retrieve my cashiers check. I’ve been calling for the last two days trying to rent one of their properties and have not spoken to a signal person. I’ve left several voicemails and haven’t received a call back. If you’re the owner of 303 Langley Ave and your house is vacant it’s definitely because they refuse to pickup the phone. You should look into better management.

I would never ever apply to rent from reed Property Management. All they care about is money. My mom was looking at a property in Oaktree to rent. You call a number pay I think it was .99 cent to open the lock box and look at it on your own. Than you can apply if you like it. We did that and the office lady told us we were the first to look at it but they don’t go by first come first serve if you have good credit and references. They go by how much money you make.
