Ben Reed came out to the house to do an inspection. Ben was very thorough during the inspection, making sure to check every area I was concerned with. Ben informed me of some very serious issues which needed attention by the builder. I am very satisfied with Ben's work and ability to help me during this process/step in home buying.
Ben is professional. Being in the military he made it simple and easy to do the inspection while I was states away. He was through and gave a break down prior to the report of the main points.
Amazing job! Very very thorough with lots of pictures and great communication!
