Used Reed plumbing my main was backed up and after our remodel I guess one of the bathroom was done wrong with another plumbing company. Reed plumbing came super professional and fixed our problem. Will be using them in the future. Highly recommend them!

They brought the wrong part and what should have taken 20 minutes wound up taking over two hours. That doesn't bother me too much but they charged $525.00 for removing the shower handles and installing new cartridges. Compared to some other plumbing work that I had done recently, that is ridiculously expensive. I made the mistake of not asking for an estimate in advance. On the other hand, they didn't give me any warning. The crew and quality of the work were fine but the invoice feels like robbery.
TL;DR: Good folks, will use again. I'm in the middle of a bathroom remodel, and so short a toilet for the family. Flush the toilet, and realize I'm standing in a puddle ... bad. Yeah, it's "just" a wax ring, but toilets are heavy and wax rings a hassle and, dangit, I need it done *right* when it's the only toilet I have right now. Marco was understanding and had a crew out very quickly, took care of it, boom.
