We manage a large property, and resurfacing the asphalt driveway was long overdue. After comparing bids, we chose Reed Paving for their detailed proposal. Paul led the crew that knew exactly what they were doing — precise grading, clean edges, smooth finish. Even after the first storm, the drainage worked perfectly. What stood out most was how well-organized everything was; they were in and out without disrupting daily life.

The biggest challenge at our place was the uneven backyard. Reed Paving reshaped the space entirely, cutting into the slope and building retaining walls with integrated seating. The patio they installed on the upper level uses tumbled stone pavers that add warmth and dimension. The transition between levels looks like it was always meant to be there. It’s turned an unusable area into a place we spend time in every weekend.

Parking had always been tight, so extending the driveway made sense. The project required removing shrubs, grading the side section, and compacting a solid base. Once prepped, the asphalt was poured and rolled to match the existing drive. The crew’s alignment work was excellent, as the transition between the old and new is seamless. The team at Reed Paving managed a large property upgrade for us, including reinforced decorative concrete, rebuilt retaining walls, and new paver walkways. They excavated, corrected slope issues, and worked with inspectors at every stage. The upgrades are stable, durable, and clearly done!!

Had brick siding added along the lower portion of our front entry walls. Eric’s team tied the new material into the existing stucco cleanly, without it looking like a patch job. They used natural red brick with a clean mortar line. It added texture and weight to the overall entry without making it look too busy. The project was done in just a few days, but it’s one of the most noticeable changes we’ve made.
