Long time customer. Customer service has gone down hill the past year. Several no shows and no warning or heads up that they will no be here, until I reach out to them. We love reeds as our yard looks amazing. However, they have started charging a 10% late cancellation fee which I agree with and don't blame, but what happens to us customers who never cancel. We still pay full price when they decide not to show up and get a simple "we're sorry" and not explanation. 4 no shows in the last 6 months.
Customer service and communication skills lacking.
