I bought a 2022 Chevy Trax yesterday and the staff was amazing! The salesman Michael Mathes really took care of me and made sure all my needs were met. The young lady, Tiffany who went through some of the On-star. Was very pleasant and helpful. My finance guy, David Hankin, was by far the best finance person I ever had. Very helpful and friendly. My whole experience was beyond my expectations and will highly recommend Reed Lallier Chevrolet.

Do not go to Reed ******* for service. I've taken my car to them for multiple repairs over the last several months. They consistently failed to communicate with me about the status of my car. I worked with two main service advisors, Tim ****** and Matt ****** Neither of them made much of an effort to effectively communicate with me. Most of the time I had to call them both to get a status on my car. It felt like I was pulling teeth just to find out if anyone had even gotten to check on my car. This dealership is going against GM policy by charging Market adjust fees (aka price gouging) on their new cars. After being warned about charging A market adjustment fee, this dealer provided me with a quote today of $7500 more than the MSRP. This should be criminal. They did this to us a couple months ago on another vehicle but we decided to give them another chance. That will never happen again

Hard work and dedication describe salesperson Dwayne Patterson, who worked very diligent (especially on his day off) along with the staff at Reed-Lallier Chevrolet with the purchase of our new car. I have a 7:15 appointment for service to fix tail light on 2021 Tahoe that has moisture it is now 8:34 and my vehicle still not been taken into service I made this appointment over a week ago for 7:15 a.m. Honda service department don't even open till 8 a.m. very sad very very sad DO NOT.. do not come here for service

Concerned Customer, In July 28, 2021 I was rear ended. called my Insurance, filed a claim. Initially the Collision center that was going to fix my vehicle. 2020 Equinox. They had told me they wont have an open slot until September 9, 2021. So, I had to find another Collision Center that can take my vehicle a little earlier than September 9, 2021.
