Excellent experience from scheduling my service to the completion of the service! I waited maybe 45 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation…the shortest wait time I think I’ve ever had a dealership. My service advisor Keely was amazing! I definitely will return for future service, and refer others as well.
Jadon was wonderful and Debbie took over on his day off and was fantastic
I took my jeep in because I had a suspicion something with my water pump and coolant weren’t right. They changed the oil and said their was coolant in the oil so they need to strip down the engine ($1500) to see what the issue was, but most likely I would need a new engine ($14,000). I got an offer from their sales department to buy my car for $8,000… a car that is worth $25,000 and is in excellent condition.
