The least proactive and least helpful doctor I have. Im a chronic pain patient and I'm SSI disability because of my pain issues. Dr. Allen has been my doctor for a few yrs now. He's never once done blood work, never done x rays. And refuses to do anything for me unless I get PT. I said I didnt want the shots in my spine that he kept offering I should do after PT. In 2017 I had to have my hip replaced. I had a rod in my femur from a car wreck that had been there for approximately 4 o5 years. This doctor pounded the rod out (for no reason). It is my understanding that if the rod did not present a problem the doctor was supposed to leave it. Not to mention he released me from his treatment two weeks post-surgery and another doctor had to take over the care of my hip. Dr. Reed did a terrific job! He is friendly and takes the time to explain exactly what he is seeing and what he recommends. He's patient and willing to answer all questions in order to make the patient feel comfortable. His team is top notch from the front desk, to the nurses to other staff members. They all have a customer service focus and help turn a difficult situation into a positive experience.
