Dr Reed was extremely calm and gentle during my consultation. I had seen another oral surgeon and was not really keen on the idea of an implant. Dr Reed was reassuring and thorough even though I was anxious and probably a bit cranky. I appreciate how I was treated and the facts that he provided so I could make an informed decision.
I was appalled with the treatment my son and I received from Dr. James Reed at Eastside Oral Surgery Associates. My son needed teeth extractions so I was referred to his office by our dentist. We made the initial consult to meet the doctor and talk about a treatment plan for my young son. The check in process was fine.
