Mr. Reed allowed an ambitious deputy District Attorney, in her early career and supported by a gang of undereducated clerk lawyer "wannabes", to convict me of a felony 3 classes worse than the money amount dictated. It was a family matter and should never have been in court but for the dysfunctional probate court system of El Paso County and the crooked attorneys who feed off of the elderly.
