Do not do business with this insurance company. The company do not communicate effective with their clients. My checking account was debited unexpectedly for a down payment on a home insurnce policy renewal. I immediately contacted Frontier General Insurance Agency regarding the unauthorized debit. I was told that my Insurance Agent was sent the renewal documentation about 30 days ago. The renewal paperwork was never mailed to my home address or email.
