Most of the staff here is pretty nice and friendly. However my partner and I briefly met with Nancy Townsend and she was extremely rude. I’m pregnant with twins one having a severe heart condition. I went to the restroom, we also had an early appointment at 7am, when I walked back in the room she mocked me and kept picking and prying trying to insinuate something was wrong with me. She was extremely inconsiderate, dismissive, and disrespectful, I don’t recommend having to meet with her.
I Just wanted to take a moment and express my gratitude for the dream care team here! The entire clinic is wonderful! I am having a fairly high risk, "momo" twin pregnancy and I just feel that I am in the best hands of care here at the Reed Family clinic. Dr JM Newton is absolutely just so wonderful and so calm and just who I was looking for to explain everything and create a plan of care for my babies moving forward.
