I was starting to think I'd never find a friendly, caring, knowledgeable, and honest dentist. In the past, at other dental offices, I had to double-check my copay against my insurance payments because they were "forgetting" to reimburse me for over-payments. I also have a lot of dental anxiety. Dr. Reed took time to talk to me about my anxieties. She listened carefully and answered all of my questions. This was my first visit to Dr. Reed‘s office. I felt that everyone was very professional compassionate, and did their best. I am happy with my visit.
We have all been to the densest, so I hope. I recently made a change to Dr Reed. The experience was impressive. Courteous, On-Time, a measurable difference over my previous provider. Kudos to her and to the staff!!
Phenomenal practice. Very friendly, professional and really quite a pleasure. I highly recommend them. I really can't give any higher praise. 10 out of 10.
