Dr. Reed has been practicing for 30+ years. He, as well as his office staff have always treated his patients with the utmost respect, wait times for appointments are kept to a minimum, and referrals are always done in a timely manner. We as patients also have responsibilities to make sure all of our physicians have our current and up to date insurance cards. This has a major affect on how our office visits are filed as well as the referrals that are made to other specialists. Highly recommend
We have been going to him for many years now and have had great experience until recently. My husband went to him for some referrals. On the same day he referred my husband to two different doctors but one they put the wrong insurance. Now this will cost us over $400 because of their mistake. Shelia was so rude saying they can't back date things even though it's their mistake. Horrible customer service by Shelia and the whole office. We will never recommend anyone going there.
