This was a phenomenal experience. I was waiting for my piercer to come do my appointment and I locked my keys in my car and my phone was dying so I was in my car and then I put my keys down. Whole big ordeal but called they got my keys they got me a discount and I was just grateful to go on with my day for my birthday.
Fast and reliable! They always answer the first call. He helped me one time with my lost key gave it to me with 3 month of insurance with it! Then came by to help me when I thought it wasn’t working but instead helped me figure out it was my own battery! Awesome real service.
They came out on time as they stated however when breaking into a small safe it was difficult I still got charged full price the lock was ruined the safe is not worth anything.
Got a key from them about 2 and 1/2 weeks ago. It was my Honda CRV. The key suddenly stopped working because of course it did, and everybody is trying to blame everybody else. Their independent contractors, so there's no warranty for this, and I've never had this issue before from this company. I'm assuming they did a planned obsolescence battery so I would have to call them again to get it replaced. When I said I wasn't going to be paying, their phone just stopped working all of a sudden. Kind of crazy.
