Very friendly office and I have been going here for years!
Probably the best dentist. But the absolute worst office staff ever. They don’t follow billing laws. They try to charge for estimates. They violate the many contracts with insurance companies due to their billing practices. Soo just report them when you run into these issues. As I have. They have broke their contract with delta so many times. YOU CAN NOT CHARGE PEOPLE UP FRONT BEFORE BILLING THE INSURANCE. Your welcome.
Very happy to have found reed city dental , the entire process of answering questions by email to filling out new patient paper work online was excellent. The front office staff very friendly. The dental hygienist were very welcoming & informative, the cleaning went very well and I'm glad I'm a client
Super like this dentist office. The dental assistants, Dr. Gould and especially the front desk are very well informed, answer any and all questions. Most important to me, is they don't rush you out the door. They make sure your comfortable and knowledgeable about what was discussed.
