I've never had such a horrible experience with a landlord. Best advice i can give is to just stay away and avoid all the hassle and stress renting with this company will cause

Absolutely horrible! Does not do repairs on homes. Multiple issues including mold that she ignores. Move on to someone else. There is much better out there!
Carla is absolutely amazing! The best landlord I have ever had. I was with her for many years. She even became my realtor and helped me purchase my first home. I could not ask for a better landlord and realtor!
