Place was awesome!
After repairs including alignment the car was not aligned. Took it back to the shop, was coldly ignored. Went to another shop & a young guy aligned it perfectly, no problem with alignment since. Will not use Reed Car Care never again nor recommend their service.
Do not bring your car here. I've been getting oil changes here for around 3 years and the service in the last year has gone out the window. Made an appointment for oil change two weeks in advance and asked if they would also check to see why hatch would not close properly (during the scheduled oil change visit). Upon arriving at designated appointment, manager comes out to look at hatch to tell me, nope, can't help you with this, but I will see if "I can work you in this afternoon" for an oil change.
