He was very nice charged a 139.00 service fee still not fixed an came a second time still not fixed call him back and has never called or came back my washer dryer stack unit still not fixed
Mr. Booher responded quickly to my inquiry and he scheduled for the next day. After being turned down by several other appliance repair companies (the ones that appear near the top of the search pages), I was hopeful that he could help repair my oven. He arrived on time and he was courteous and clearly knowledgeable about gas ovens. He diagnosed and fixed the problem within about 40 minutes, and his price was fair and affordable. Don’t use these jokers. They make appointments then never show. They told me they would be at my house to look at my dryer between 3:30 - 5:00 pm yesterday. Shortly after 5 I sent an email asking if they were just running late or needed to reschedule. Still haven’t gotten any answer. It seems some people just don’t know how to run a business. Or maybe they just don’t want business 🤷♂️
