PLEASE BEWARE!!!! They are not professional, very disorganized. I rented from Reed and Associates from 2019 to 2024. I left the home in excellent condition. Prior to leaving the property, all late fees and any outstanding balance was paid in full. I received my entire deposit of $1450.00 in form of a check in April 2024. Was very understanding and nice.
I have been dealing with Reed and Associates for the past 12 years. The late Ana Glass was an exceptional person to work with and she is greatly missed. Julie Simson has not missed a beat and has always been there whenever i needed something. I highly recommend their service.
My personal experience with this company has been great since day one. If I have an issue or concerns it’s handled immediately and the Staff is great!
