We have rented with Reed and Associates for about 4 years now. We haven't had any major issues, and the few small ones we did have, they were quick to get the issue resolved. They have been excellent to rent from.
The leasing management team has been consistently responsive, courteous, and easy to work with. Any questions I’ve had were addressed quickly and the staff has always made the process feel smooth and straightforward. I appreciate their professionalism and the level of care they bring to their tenants and landlords.
Will never use them again. I applied and got approved for a property. Was doing the onboarding process and the leasing agent started acting funny - abrasive even like she didn't want to deal with me or the housing situation. Ultimately days before I was supposed to move I was told that "a family from Florida was already living in the apartment because they were scammed" and some more stuff. You sent a blessing to me, he found out that it was just a leak in bathroom sink pipe not serious damage n explained that he would have to come back in a couple days or maybe a week n to just turn sink water off! Here's what weaken my heart ❤️ for him, I had several bags of trash sitting around n he gracefully took them outside to my big garbage can, I almost cried cause he didn't have to but he did!
