The home is great! You can’t get anyone on the phone easily at all. I followed the avenues prompted: email, voicemail, text.. no response regularly at all.

They took the time to understand my needs, guided me through every step of the process, and made everything feel smooth and stress-free.
I’ve only rented twice in my life and the first experience was with progressive. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve could have imagined. Moved and found this house with reed and the process was smooth , very efficient and really stress free. I only had one issue with the house and it was the capacitor went out on the condenser. Someone was out within 3 hours and it was late in the evening. Janet who was our lease manager was and is super nice. Very responsive and professional.
