Very pain free experience! The ladies (Janet & Annmarie) are awesome! They even returned calls after hours to ensure me that everything was going to work out! Definitely recommend renting from this company.
I emailed Reed & Associates Tuesday evening around 5:00 pm because I got a call from my son telling me the a/c was blowing hot air and it was 91 degrees in the house. Reed & Associates immediately put a work order in to there maintenance people right away and fortunately they came out about 7:30 pm that same night and was able to fix the problem.
