I paid on time, every month for the 4 years I was there. I thoroughly cleaned the house and all appliances. I paid $500 to have the carpet cleaned the day before I turned in the keys. They still charged me $400 to have the carpet cleaned from my security deposit. They gave me the runaround on the phone sending me back and forth to billing and maintenance departments. I drove to their office in-person. Even after I showed them the invoice, they refused to remove the charges. Stay away from these scammers!
