By far the best rental company I have used. Their properties are clean, reasonably priced, and very easy to work with. Janet was very helpful when I had to break my lease early due to an unexpected move but was very communicative and helpful. Would recommend using Reed and Associates to everyone!!

Hi all I had a major maintenance issue, of course, in the middle of the night. I left messages with the maintenance team and property manager, Ms Janet. When I tell you the quickness of the responses from both parties was amazing! The maintenance team performed the repair with the best customer service.
