Would never use them in the future. I made an order on Monday for a funeral on Tuesday before 10:00 am. They said order was being processed and that was the last I heard. After 3 messages and an email, I finally got an email back today, which is now Wednesday, that they cancelled the order because it could not be delivered at the time requested. Ordered tulips to be delivered on a Sunday for an anniversary and paid an extra service fee which made the standard tulips ($59.95) come out to $89.94. They were not delivered and I have received no information regarding the status after the receipt. They are not picking up any calls either and am waiting to see if they respond to my email. The least y’all could’ve done was let me know it wouldn’t be in on time so I could sort something else out.
