I would give them ZERO stars. They deceive you and lie to you. They admitted to at least one lie. Refuse to answer questions directly and within a reasonable time. Refuse to send their client their complete file. To many others to name. Thank goodness for email that tracks communications. They tried to tell me that I lied to them from the get go - really!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRM
