terrible customer service call literally any other reece nichols over this one. 1 star is the lowest I can give
Very unhappy with their customer service. I had a simple question about one of their properties and nobody reached out to me, despite the fact that I was trying to alert them to serious scams being undertaken on their properties. They also seem to list their properties under a rabbit hole of holding companies. I had to contact not one, not two, but three other agencies to eventually get to the supposed agent for one of their properties. I am not sure what is going on here, but I would steer clear. Heather was amazing! She went above and beyond to make what can be a scary and overwhelming process into an enjoyable experience. As first time home buyers, she helped us understand the entire process and was so understanding of our schedules. She was willing and able to arrange spur of the moment showings.
