I would highly recommend Linda Ludy as your agent. She will work really hard for you and do things that you wouldn't expect an agent to do.
We found Julie thru a refer from a selling agent in her office. She was kind, informative, and very local to our house. She practically drove by it every day. And she was confident if the buyer that referred We moved out of state and left our house vacant. Julie handled everything. Inspection, repairs, coordinations. While I doubt we will be buying or selling property in KC again. If we do, we know who we are going to call
