Mary Ann (sp?) and Heather are hands down the most amazing management team, ever! The last couple of weeks have been rough for me and my family, due to plumbing issues from the recent freeze. Both of these women went above and beyond to help us. (Also, thank you for all the laughs we shared throughout the 20 million phone calls we all had to make. It saved me from losing my mind!)

We were mislead into applying for a place that said pets welcome, only to be denied for having cats and dogs. No one has time for a company that fishes for application fees and lies to potential applicants about rental details. Do not rent from these people! They don't get things fixed in a timely manner for each property. They don't care about the tenants.

Do not rent from these people they lie and will do everything they can to keep your money the things that are wrong with the house they won't fix or even acknowledge until you move out they are very horrible people stay away

Property Management side needs better management. Vetting tenants is subpar, following up from property managers is subpar, uploading of owner statements are subpar. The property manager seemed to be out of the office doing personal things than in office managing the properties. Support staff never knew anything or had enough knowledge to answer any questions. Had to retain an attorney to terminate our management relationship due to gross negligence and overall lack of performance.
