I am track driver. I came 8 o'clock in the morning. I've been told I need appointment even though I have only one skid. Nobody at the dock receiving guy smoking outside. Telling me it will take a while to unload me. Lucky me I have today only one drop The next one tomorrow in Dallas. I'm not angry at all at the guy. I believe he have issue with the office. That's why he acting that way. Everywhere the receiver tried to help. Whoever comes for business. Make sure you have appointment. Unloaded after 50 min
There warehouse is the worst our most recent shipment was bad for one some of the worst box taping I have ever seen lucky it didn’t fall apart during shipping. Second we ordered 10yd of reflective vinyl I was expecting to come with core (card board tube) it didn’t come with one this vinyl is expensive expect better Quality of service from this company. They to cheap to order cardboard tubes from uline. It take to roll the vinyl on tube myself. There warehouse manger need to be fired right now.
