6 star. Todd went out of his way to make sure I got a new a/c unit and got us on our way home on time. He got it delivered to him in Pigeon Forge on Friday afternoon and it was installed in my camper Townsend before I had supper. Great service, great guy.
I called because my air and outlets were not working. Todd came to my campsite in about 30 minutes. Todd found some loose wires. He pricing was very reasonable!
I called Todd on a Sunday morning early, and I have to be honest, I didn't think anyone would answer. I was so relieved when he answered. I told him my situation (leak under the shower) and he said he would be at my RV within the hour. He arrived within 45 minutes. Amazing! Reece's motto "You Relax, We Repair" is exactly what happened.
