Called on Thursday and set appointment for Friday at 3:00. At 5:00 still waiting. 5:30 I called again and rescheduled for 8:00 Monday. No show and won’t return calls. Since I am the HOA President I will have to send out warning to neighborhood not to use them.

The crew was very knowledgeable and went work immediately to help fix the toilet mount and leaky tank. They explained all the work to be done very well and all the options that could be done. They were very respectful and clean. They finished within an hour and were very detailed in explaining the payment process. They even gave expert advice on a new bathroom sink to be done at a later date. I will definitely recommend them to others and use them again when necessary.
