When you go in to a professional plumber supply because you dont have faith Home Depot can help you with a pipe fitment issue and the counter clerk suggests, not a solution to your problem, but says "you should just pay a plumber to do that" That's not good customer service, that's disrespectful sarcasm. Yes I'm not a plumber. I'm a civil and general engineering estimator and supervisor. (Including underground wet utilities) So the suggestion that I infuse a plumber into my simple fitting process is an insult.
