I`m writing to say a big `thank you` to Jodie who works on the parts counter at Reece Plumbing on Nepean Highway in Mentone. She could not have been more helpful. I was a bit nervous approaching the counter, so I was glad and a little relieved to see a woman there. She greeted me warmly and professionally and listened to my query with respect. And then she went out of her way to access some fitments for a set of shower accessories. Her obvious knowledge in the field was reassuring. Thanks so much Jodie.
