Alex was amazing. Very professional and helpful. Communication was great, he called when he was on his way both times. Got my fan motor replaced and the ac fixed in no time!
So I want to brag on Reece Heating and Air. It got up to 80+ degrees in the house since the AC gave up Thursday evening. Of course it happened during the busy season of the year so I got a lot of no responses from other companies locally, even to say they were too busy. I called and within less than 2 hours had someone physically at the house. They were very quick to assess and get it handled/up and running again. I contacted Amy McDaniel yesterday and this morning about 11o’clock, Shawn was at my door and fixed my air-conditioning. Highly recommend Reece Heating & Air! Good rates great service. Amy was the best! Excellent customer service!!
Reece’s is always prompt. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable about the situation with my unit! The price was not outrageous and my unit is back to normal! I will continue using this company for all my HVAC needs!
Can’t recommend them more. We where referred to them by a friend and turns out they where by far the best price from quotes we got and was able to get to us quickly and did an excellent job on our install . will be using them for our HVAC needs from now on
