Alex was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure my AC was serviced thoroughly and correctly. He was professional, knowledgeable, and so polite throughout the whole process. He even gave me helpful tips on how to keep my AC running smoothly between professional service appointments. Because of his outstanding service, I’ll definitely be recommending this company to others!
Wanted to take a quick minute to say thank you to Slate and his team. Had a problem at my home on a Saturday night and they came straight over within 30 minutes and was able to confirm my air conditioner unit was actually having to work harder simply because we had the doors open all day. Was very honest and didn't charge anything, extravagant for their trip. I will say that it has been great getting to know this company. If you're looking for someone that has great service and experience this is the company for you.
This company and crew are TOP NOTCH!!! These dudes that came out were busting their butts in likely a 140° attic to get two units completely swapped in one day and my whole house is already cooled off!! Highly recommended and we are HIGHLY appreciative of their knowledge and customer service!!! The sign they left will stay in my yard for months. Hats off to you Slate, for running a top tier business with top tier employees!
My wife and I had them install a new unit and a supply vent to the laundry room in the house we just bought and everything looks and feels great!
