Had service done today by Alex. He is sharp. Took time to explain everything. Took time to hear my concerns. We have been dealing with this unit for a while now. Although it’s newer not done by them I would definitely be calling for him in the future. Handled the warranty item I needed and didn’t try to upsell me anything.
Excellent service and great price. They are always quick, helpful, and don't over price everything like some other companies.

AC went out and Reece came out and evaluated the system. Another company had been out for repair during the winter and neglected to inform me of the condition of my unit. Slate showed me pictures and was able to get someone out quickly to clean and provide maintenance on the unit. No need to replace. I highly recommend for fair assessment and no trying to upsell what's not needed.
