The appt went well but I think I was skipped over. My appt was at 10:40. I arrived at 10:30 and checked in, went to registration, then went upstairs and checked in. Each time I was asked my name and appt. I went to waiting area and noticed that others were being called but not me. At 11:10 I asked if I had been missed. I was told they were very busy but within 2 minutes I was called back. I do feel that I had been skipped because that had never happened before. First time visiting here for ophthalmology. You have nice waiting areas. I used all of them while there. I appreciate the thorough exam and diagnosis of my eye issue.
My appointment time was on time. Very helpful staff and Dr. Bergstrom listened and wasn’t in any hurry to get to his next appointment.
