Dr. Bergstrom and the crew at OSU are fantastic! I needed a procedure done in an unorthodox manner many eye places aren't capable or willing of doing. He was happy to oblige, explained my situation better than any doctor has up to this point, and my first treatment was top notch.
I have come to trust him with my issues. I still need a little bit more stillness when he comes. I feel as if he is always in a hurry and sometimes I feel unsatisfied. But the overall service is awesome.
