Both of my boys have done the youth classes and my oldest did the high school weights program. They LOVED the coaches! I have since joined and have gained so much confidence and strength from the HIIT workouts. It is what you put into it. The coaches and Jeremy are there to support your goals.
Jeremy and his team have done a great job with my daughter. The youth programs are fantastic! Highly recommend to any parents looking to prepare their children for youth sports through strength and agility training.
The owner, Jeremy, is top notch! As a 67-year old, I was fearful of beginning personal training especially after a knee replacement. He came highly recommended and exceeded all my expectations. He listened attentively to my goals and created accessible workouts. His gym is clean and beautiful. I may be an exercise convert now! I highly recommend Redzone!
Red Zone is an excellent place for support and guidance. I am a senior with a bad knee and I needed a place to regain my strength and balance back. Without them I would not be where I am at today. There is no place in town that welcomes you with open arms regardless what age you are. You became part of Red Zone family that keeps you wanting to come back.
