The owner, Jeremy, is top notch! As a 67-year old, I was fearful of beginning personal training especially after a knee replacement. He came highly recommended and exceeded all my expectations. He listened attentively to my goals and created accessible workouts. His gym is clean and beautiful. I may be an exercise convert now! I highly recommend Redzone!

Red Zone is an excellent place for support and guidance. I am a senior with a bad knee and I needed a place to regain my strength and balance back. Without them I would not be where I am at today. There is no place in town that welcomes you with open arms regardless what age you are. You became part of Red Zone family that keeps you wanting to come back.
