I called again today about the abusive behavior towards my son and me at Redwood rural dental. I have been a patient for 16 years. Suddenly I don't have a provider again for the third time. Why do you allow them to phycologicaly harass patients. Why does my son have to be punished and lose his teeth over not giving him a provider in four years. Extremely unprofessional MAs. I didn’t feel listened to even after explaining that I am in a lot of pain and have been to the emergency room because they haven’t been able to fit me in soon enough. They don’t care about your mental health in the slightest nor do they care about your time. Avoid at all costs.
Nurse Practitioner Ann was amazing. Patient, kind, understanding, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Very good listener. Would recommend to family 100%.
