The doctors and nurses are kind and professional but the management staff is awful. Preventing children from attending school over a simple form should be a crime and certainly should never be caused by a “healthcare” office for children. Yet That’s what the office staff does here. They refuse to write dates on a piece of paper for a slower vaccine schedule to attend school (only required in CA) unless a vaccine is given first, and irrespective of an individual child’s medical history and needs including vaccine injury.
