Redwood Village Apts have really gone down hill in recent years and it has only gotten worse. I have lived here over 30 years and ever since the Foothills Regional Housing Authority took over - it has been terrible. The pool has not been open for 2 consecutive years and the stupid idea to tear down the fence on the West side of the property was the worst decision they ever made. Worst place I’ve ever lived had other residents have issues with us cause we were told no assigned parking so we park both our car under the car ports and since the day we moved in had other residents harassing us about it cause management can’t get everyone on the same page then constantly getting complained on for loud music when music isn’t loud and management and security made it clear we are good as long as it before 10pm not only that but been trying to get heater fixed since it started getting cold and still haven’t g... read more

Worst place I ever lived. Can't enforce their no smoking policy, people lighting fireworks less then 10 feet from the cars, neglectful landlords constantly rotating, minimal help with maintenance and people chocking each other out the day we moved. Low income or not it's not worth living here
