I took one of my kittens here and they injured him then blamed me saying I brought him in like that. When I brought him in he was perfectly fine until they took his temperature. The volunteer who took the temperature pulled his tail too hard causing him to have diarrhea almost immediately after and wasn’t able to walk for hours afterwards. Mentally my cat was never the same. The staff is always patient and kind. Dr Wood is great with the owners and pets. Always up front about all services and you are given choices.
Always very welcoming every time I'm in there. Linda at the front desk was very helpful and answered all my questions upon picking up my dogs medicine. She greeted me with a smile right away, and was prompt at getting me taken care of and out the door. Highly recommend to anyone!
I highly recommend Dr. Wood and her staff. They were always caring and treated our fur baby as if he was one of their own. They were so compassionate when we finally had to put our 12 year old silver lab to sleep. Thank you for taking such great care of us.
Dr. Wood and her staff are incredibly professional and caring. They honestly care about their patients and treat them like they member of your family they are. I would definitely reccomend bringing your furbabies to them!
Front desk rude. Doctor rude. Suggested my dog needed surgery but I would have to wait two months because they weren’t doing surgeries at the time. Hello??? Took my precious dog to another vet for consultation. Was advised she did not require surgery after all. Go figure. Would not recommend anyone to this clinic. Money is much more important here than the welfare of the animal. Thank you.
The staff is friendly and my dog isn’t a ball of nerves there. Knowledgeable and happy to explain anything. Highly recommend.
Dr wood is so kind and so smart. She sits down on the floor and plays with our dogs. She knew something was wrong with our one dogs toe just by looking at her She’s excellent.
