The eureka vet center has an amazing staff of dedicated highly qualified individuals. The team is led by an amazing individual who puts a hundred and fifty percent effort into its smooth efficient quiet focused operation. The centers director it is about the hardest working person. I have ever known. The facility is always spotless, and in good order, the staff is friendly courteous and professional.
My grandfather has services on the weekends there. I'm here now, waiting for his appointment that is scheduled for 10am -in 8 minutes- and the doors are locked with the lights off. The site says they offer services every day! Why it this place closed, two hours after they're supposed to be open? This is disgusting treatment.
Place needs to be investigated for many failings to follow set procedures.
