My grandfather has services on the weekends there. I'm here now, waiting for his appointment that is scheduled for 10am -in 8 minutes- and the doors are locked with the lights off. The site says they offer services every day! Why it this place closed, two hours after they're supposed to be open? This is disgusting treatment.
Place needs to be investigated for many failings to follow set procedures.
