This urgent care was one of the best facilities I have gone to. The doctor was great, very attentive, caring and helpful. Also, staff were great.
I've been here multiple times and they get me in extremely fast and provide exceptional care.
I'm from Arizona, and I wish urgent cares in AZ took notes from the Redwood health center. I was seen quickly, dr and staff were amazing and kind, and fast prescription pickup in 10 minutes. Thank you
This office is the worst, they scammed patient. I went for a physical check up, I clearly asked the doctor that all the codes including doctor’s office visit and labs work are for preventative, he said yes. Later I received almost $1000 for that visit. I called billing many times, long waiting time, they said it’s correct bills, no matter what I tried to explain to them, then hung up the phone while I asked to speak the the supervisor. If they keep ignoring my request, this will get reported to business bureau and court.
