This office is the worst, they scammed patient. I went for a physical check up, I clearly asked the doctor that all the codes including doctor’s office visit and labs work are for preventative, he said yes. Later I received almost $1000 for that visit. I called billing many times, long waiting time, they said it’s correct bills, no matter what I tried to explain to them, then hung up the phone while I asked to speak the the supervisor. If they keep ignoring my request, this will get reported to business bureau and court.
Dr. Macdonald was very knowledgeable and had a great bedside manner. We appreciate the time he took to figure out what was going on and giving information on how to help. The staff was great and we got in quick! Overall a wonderful experience!
My treatment was totally professional from first to last; knowlegeable, personal and focused on what MY problem was as opposed to some checklist. I recommend them fully.
My son was treated at this facility over Memorial Day weekend while we were in town for a soccer tournament. We were fortunate that it was not crowded, so we were able to be seen and treated (and, unfortunately, sent to the ER for further evaluation and treatment) very efficiently. Every person that we interacted with — front desk, intake, x-ray technician, and physician — was thorough and kind. It wasn’t fun to be looking for urgent medical care so far from home, but we absolutely felt like we were in good hands.
