Our nurse and medical assistant were incredible, patient, and empathetic. However, our doctor (Tamiyah Dinh, APRN) was rude, had no bedside manner, and rushed through the appointment in under 5 minutes. She didn’t greet my partner and me when she walked in, interrupted me while I explained my pain and symptoms, and acted like I was inconveniencing her by giving too much information about how the pain felt. Rude, disrespectful, dismissive, and arrogant.
