Gi Here I alwasy go in to this store for everything from shoes to camping gear to Luna Bars. They have the best selection and they are locally owned. The owener is very community minded.
Specialists in camping equipment I come back here time and again. They have the most extensive selection of camping quipment I have found, and they know the products from backpacks to sleeping bags, to tents, to sleeping mats--one stop shopping. They were so helpful on getting my then 11 year old son set up for boy scout camping--pack, sleeping bag, and all the stuff. Tehir prices may be a bit higher but not by much.

This cool store has just about everything, but it is local (we have to support our local stores!) and more fun. Whether you need a tent, a new pair of boots, or a map, this place probably has it. They also have all the odds and ends like stuff bags and granola bars.

Everything You Need for Camping and More This camping store has everything you need for a camping trip (from gear to apparel and more). It's always easy to find a staff member who is available, knowledgable, and friendly. It has more of a down-to-earth feel to it, rather than the large impersonal feel of some of the larger camping stores too. I have gone there for large camping items (tents, stoves, etc.) and also for custom cut egg crates for school projects, swiss army knives, and school backpacks too.
Very Good Place For Clothing I love shopping at this store! This is my alternative to REI. In the past year I have purchased multiple packages of socks, a Carhartt winter work hat, and several Carhartt work shirts. The selection of work gear from brands like Dickies, Levi's and Carhartt, are extensive for the working man/contractor/construction worker. The prices are very reasonable and if you don't find something you want, they can order it for you. The nice salespeople always greet me at the counter when I come in.
