For the price, it's cool. It depends on how long you need to stay...lol... in my opinion if you're on a work trip and want to save some money... It's perfect. Nothing fancy and they clean the rooms everyday If you're looking for luxury and amenities... not so much. Just come in,eat, sleep, and go to work!!

I haven’t visited the location at all, I just called on the phone to ask if they had smoking rooms, the man said no and hung up in my face. I called back and he tried to clear it up by saying he didn’t have any rooms at all when he didn’t say that the first time. Poor service I would not want to stay here.

This is hands down the best place for a short stay in this area. It’s rare that I leave a review, but I’ve stayed here a few times over the last 3 years and they are the only place near by that I consider acceptable. If I had to choose between Redwood Suites and any of the other rooms nearby, this would be my choice every time. The rooms are clean and quiet, and that’s what matters most to me. Excellent Stay at Redwood Hotel – Clean and Secure! I had the pleasure of staying at Redwood Hotel during a storm in Houston last year and once again last night. While this is not a luxury hotel, it truly excels in cleanliness and security. The rooms and common areas are impeccably maintained, making for a very comfortable stay. Turned away due to checking out late previously, instead of them just charging late fee. Manager got an attitude with me and tried to argue with me. Staff walks around watching and staring at guests. One of the staff members told me I couldn’t have company, as though I wasn’t a paying customer. Rooms are clean, most of the staff is pleasant, manager is not a People person, very rude.
