One of the best facilities In Visalia ❤
My grandma was there in station 4 because she kept yelling in her sleep and they thought she had al timers and every time me and my grandpa would vist her she would need to be changed and every time we would perss the nurse light they wouldn't come.
They gave my mother a medication to "calm her" (when 2 nurses told me she did nithing more than throw a little food) the FDA clearly stated increases mortality in patients with dementia, and absolutely should it be given to them. She suddenly died six days later.
I love the facility, the residents the staff. I look forward to coming to work. I have some great co-workers that make it even better when I do work.
