If youre in the academies at Santa Rosa Public Safety Training Center or temporarily living here for a few months, this place will suffice. I am Miranda Noteman, I have been the Resident Manager at Redwood Royale since December 2008. Since my arrival so much has changed. Many of our apartments have been upgraded with new kitchens, windows, carpeting, linoleum etc. All of our 'problem' residents are gone and we have a great community now.
Absolutely AWFUL! There was no security, rent for this place was unreasonably high. It was the closest thing to a ghetto your going to find in Sonoma County. There were always people fighting and getting beat with bats. The windows were rickety and would be easy to get through. The floors were crap as was the carpet. This place was simply gross...even the bathrooms were small and rickety.The people who lived there were nosey and annoying. The pool was always surrounded by creepy guys so no one besides little kids would swim.... read more
