Will not return a holding deposit for a property. I've been trying to get this back for almost a year. I have called and emailed several times, and have been to their office twice to pick up a check, after they say it will be "ready this week", but when I get there it's not available yet, try back next week.
We were having tenant problems in our three units. Redwood Residential Property Management helped us renovate and rent the units. We're happy to have them manage our rentals.
Redwood Residential Property Management is very courteous and professional company. I have nothing but good things to say about them. We have always been treated very well and feel like we are in very good hands. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
The staff are nice. They have an app that makes it very easy to pay rent and report maintenance issues. They are pretty prompt with maintenance issues. I would rent a house again from them or use them for property management needs.
Maneuvering the web site stinks. All I want is my 1099 and can’t seem to get it. Boo
