I have been living in Redwood Plaza apartment since 2023. It’s a great apartment and a very nice neighborhood. Grocery store, restaurants and everything is nearby. Apartment manager Kelly Russ-Polk is very friendly and helpful All the maintenance issues were resolved within a day. I recommend this apartment for families
Its nice place to stay . Good environment. Manager Kelly is professional and best and always ready to help . Maintenance up to date , every single complaint fixed very fast BUT Only negative fact of this society is that its not gated . Anyone can walk in . 2 times i got stolen my car tyres. Mails are stolen often by thieves. So just be careful.
Unit 166 is in daily breach of its rental agreement with around three hours of loud noise from 1:00 AM - 4:00 AM every single night. The management/ownership is illegally complicit, breaching any other tenant’s rental agreement who is reasonably disturbed by this. Everyone here works. People need rest when they’re sick. Criminal consequences come from criminal negligence. And charging $3+ per load of laundry on-site when there are no units in the $2300 apartments is unbelievable and quite criminal greed. This one of the most beautiful apartments to live and the Manager Mrs Russ-Polk is one of the greatest human beings ever! She is very nice, kind and helpful and give you the vibes to stay on these apartments for long term, her professionalism, and commitment is inspirational for families who plans to live at Redwood Plaza Apartments
