We are relatively new to the practice and have been very impressed with NP Shannon Gray so far! Most importantly, she has been respectful of our decisions for our own children and has an excellent bedside manner. She is thorough and takes time to discuss our concerns. I also appreciate that she asked for consent before examining my children's private areas and even educated them on not letting people look at those areas besides their doctor or parents. My son had severe dr office anxiety, so when our insurance changed and we had to switch pediatricians I was really nervous moving to a new one. I can't sing enough praises to the Redwood team. The nurses were blowing bubbles for my kids, making them feel completely comfortable with everything they were looking at. My son loves going to the Dr now and gets excited when he sees the Redwood office. As a mom who did a lot of research into a lot of different pediatricians, I am so grateful we landed at Redwood Pediatrics.

We are so thankful for Redwood Pediatrics, and in particular for NP Shannon Gray. Shannon makes you feel like you are the only patients on her schedule for the day. She is patient, kind, and takes time to truly listen to you. My girls are 11 and 16 and she understands what is important to them- things like acne, weight, friends, etc. She doesn't brush over issues or simply check questions off a list; she digs in, listens, educates, and offers solutions. When we moved here from out of state, our son was about 2 years old, and we’ve been coming here ever since. The staff is incredibly kind and patient, always taking the time to answer both my questions and my son’s. They’re consistently on time, understanding how crucial it is for families to stick to their schedules. We’ve never had to wait to be seen, and every visit is such a positive experience! I truly can’t say enough good about this office. We heard about them through word of mouth after a bad ped experience elsewhere. Redwood is truly phenomenal and I wouldn’t be here reviewing them if they weren’t. From their on-call system, walk in clinic, and their providers - all top notch. They truly have it down. So glad I found the right people for my family. I look forward to many years with them!
