I highly recommend this dental office! My toddler was very nervous about this experience and everything from the ambiance to the staff were warm and made her feel so comfortable. The hygienist was great with kids and so was Dr. Franklin. My toddler is already looking forward to her next visit!
Could not be more impressed with all the staff and dentists here. They have handles my daughter from all stages of screaming to happy giggling in the last year and a half with a smile which is impressive. We have been going since she was 1, now almost 3 years old. Fantastic place and soo happy we found them
What a great experience! Our first visit with this practice was a slam dunk for my almost 3-year-old. The staff was great at communicating with him, explaining and making all dental tools seem fun and interesting. Highly recommend!!
We were greeted by the friendliest staff (wearing fairy wings! For tooth fairy day!) Since her visit my 3y/o who was previously scared of dental visits has been asking when she gets go to back to the dentist and requesting to floss an extra time each day! We are v. Grateful for the way the dental hygienist and Dr. Franklin talk to the kids—they really get them involved and excited about dental care!
My 8 year old had to treat one cavity here, the doctor said he was handling it so bad (he was a little wiggly but nothing dramatic, just a kid) that she wouldn’t treat his other cavities unless it was under general anesthesia. We went to Montclair Pediatric Dentistry, they did one cavity as well - 15 mins. Zero problems, doc said he’s super good and was very surprised another doc recommended general anesthesias I don’t think this doc handles kids well.
