We had such a wonderful experience with my daughter’s new dentist! Since our very first visit, both the office manager and Dr. Franklin have been absolutely amazing. The office manager went above and beyond—not only taking great care of my daughter, but also comforting me during a time when I was understandably nervous about her procedure. We are so glad we found Redwood Pediatric Dentistry. We’ve truly had a wonderful experience from the moment we first joined to each cleaning and treatment. The staff is incredibly kind, patient, and has made her feel at ease from start to finish. I appreciate how the dentist and staff actually look like my daughter and it doesn’t hurt that she always looks forward to her prize at the end. Such a friendly and welcoming staff! Everyone made my kids feel safe and excited throughout the appointment. The whole process was smooth and Dr. Franklin was so helpful and kind. My kids are excited to come back next time!
We just made a shift to receive care at this dentistry and immediately appreciated Dr. Franklin’s ability to inform us on current dental status and recommended next steps. This is the second dentist we have been to since our children’s birth and I wish we discovered Dr. Franklin and her team sooner. We would have switched years ago!
