The staff and maintenance team here are outstanding. Every time I’ve needed anything, the response has been quick, professional, and respectful. Andrew from maintenance is incredibly efficient, and Richard in the office is always helpful and on top of things. What stands out even more is how friendly they all are — they greet you with a smile, remember who you are, and treat you like a valued resident. It really makes a difference living somewhere with such a positive, responsive team. Highly recommend.
We received a prompt response to our maintenance request and the problem was corrected with the clogged sink.
