The only truly redeeming factor about this place is that its located pretty close to a lot of things the average person would need. Besides that, I wouldn't ever recommend staying here. For starters, as you initially drive up, you see it littered with junk, trailer, cars, etc. Its giving you a sign immediately what you're in for when you stay here. The lobby isn't much different. Worst place in Springfield to stay. My deposit was not given back rooms had bugs everywhere and my belongings got stolen by the employee's an owner ceaser.
Was here for a bit and rooms had bugs and lots of flys, they stole our belongings when we left and door was wide open, even newborn baby stuff we just got with my insurance (which ill report to my insurance about), hygiene products, cleaning products, food, drinks, etc. Made me and boyfriend drink a nasty drink standing there watching as we are both throwing it up in the bathroom, Did not give deposit back, never paid us for working, and the owner wanted us to steal stuff for him if there wasnt a right tool (bought things wi... read more
Rooms are nicer than the building looks. That's about the only positive. They will try to charge walk-ins outrageous prices If they think they can get away with it. Don't let them. Tell them you were told by a friend that you can get a room no problem for around $60. That goes for weekends and weekdays. Make sure everything is clean and working in your room before giving any $.
