Apartment is decent. Spacious living room and kitchen,nice rooms and I love the wash area very spacious. So far neighbors are nice here and it's been quite here morning and night so I appreciate that,very respectful! these people here are very friendly. I've rent apartments and never met such nice people who care. It's a very decent area and it's close to the highways. My children are very happy so far with this place we call home. Very inconsistent with viewings. I'm not applying for an apartment I can't see. People's lives have a deadline and I was told Monday of one week, Tuesday the next week, now Friday the 30th. It feels like they don't want me there and I just need a place to live. My lease ends on the 31st! How in the world will I get approved to move in by then? It's madness. I have been calling for almost a month. If youre moving, make sure you call them 3 months before your lease ends, they don't seem to really care.

My experience at Redwood Has been ok , but for the last two years things have gotten way better , since Tamia has been in the office she always has a smile never a Attitude any issues I may have she handles it professional, and as soon as she can.
