Don’t spend any time or money moving here !! They have bad roach infestations and poorly structured buildings , the apartments continuously flood & they will leave you in the flooded apartment , every manager they hire has NO BRAIN CELLS they literally make everything worse the maintenance men lie about coming to fix your issues and everything , I have reported them to 311 multiple times these apartments are HORRIBLE
Pros/nice washing area in the home, loved the balcony door. I didn't have issues with roaches. Cons/ PEOPLE HERE STEAL YOUR MAIL AND PACKAGES! You shouldn't have to purchase a mailbox from post office just to receive your mail, like come on why pay rent then! Disrespectful children, litter every where they can! Stray dogs and homeless people, you will wake up to someone on the stairway. 1 star in the lowest it would go I actually wanted 0 stars. This place is the absolute worst. I don’t even live here my granddaughter does and it is horrible. She has had nothing but problems since she’s moved in from day one. The apartment she moved in shouldn’t have never been leased it’s awful. The office doesn’t communicate the maintenance is no help and they need to renovate all the apartments. All I see is mold, roaches and other insects repeatedly. Apartment is decent. Spacious living room and kitchen,nice rooms and I love the wash area very spacious. So far neighbors are nice here and it's been quite here morning and night so I appreciate that,very respectful! these people here are very friendly. I've rent apartments and never met such nice people who care. It's a very decent area and it's close to the highways. My children are very happy so far with this place we call home. My cons are it is very dark at these apartments and they are aware. Hopefully they will fix th... read more
