So my children and I have been staying here for a month we are new in America and the amount of help I have received from Delia and her coworker is so generous, they have helped me with advice and have given their ultimate support Delia and her team work until past 5 sometimes even on weekends and holidays I have seen her help tenants. Regardless of the maintenance issues I had within the apartment, the true problem came at the end. Received a move out bill claiming I owed both $700 and $200. When I asked how both were possible given the $500 deposit, I was told I'd receive a call back after discussion with management. This didn't happen, I had to call back myself. Also requested an itemized reason for the two charges that no one could decide which was right and got a link that was broken. Typed it in and copy and pasted and the link didn't exist.... Today I was going to tour and was extremely uncomfortable to be greeted with “tweakers”(I really don’t know how else to put it) surrounding and in the parking lot. Buildings looked older than the photos described and an unclean pool surrounded around a rusted gate/fence. Then when I made it inside I only felt more uncomfortable and shocked to see a young lady being tormented by multiple front desk workers as a past resident who was scammed for hundreds of dollars!
